Eligibility for Senior Care

To be qualified for our assisted living facility, your loved one must meet the following:

• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Must be at risk for nursing care placement or must be moderately disabled
• Must require assistance with three of the activities of daily living
• Open to all qualified residents
